Welcome back, all! You read that right, a backyard fall family photo shoot. Fall sessions are already great, but at home? Now that’s as awesome as the pictures. Incorporating your own property in some way makes them even more special. I recently had a fantastic session with the “S” family. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I truly have the best clients ever! This family was no exception, either. They were adorable and their little ones could not have been more perfect. “D” was full of personality and baby sister was like sleeping beauty for a majority of the session.

We met for a sunrise session. I try to get the rising or setting sun as much as possible. I loved shooting at the “S” residence because with a new baby and an active 2-year-old, it was comfortable and convenient for them. We were expecting rain during the session time so it was also nice to be near their house for that reason. Thankfully the rain held off!
