Compositing and Background Placements
Compositing and background replacements are available to clients and those that have not booked a session with me. I can work on your private images as long as you have taken them yourself. So far, I have collected thousands of digital assets that cover a variety of sports and fairytale concepts. There are so many options to choose from. Some parts of compositing are more difficult than others, like extracting hair and fur. It can take quite a while to extract hair or fur from a background it blends into.
When booking a session with me for a composite, it’s best we book you on a background like green or gray for easier extraction. I recommend gray when possible, so some of the images from the session are also usable as portraits without a green screen background.
Simple Extraction Composite – $25
$25 if subject is taken from a solid color studio background and placed into an existing composite. OR if subject is being placed into a similar background setting that does not require a difficult background removal. A fee of $5+ is applied for each additional easy to extract subject (solid background that is not similar to hair color) that is going into the same composite.
Difficult Extraction Composite – $40+
$35 if taken from a more difficult or busy background and placed into an existing composite. Also, if more blending is needed for the subject to realistically fit the scene.
