Fine Art Editing
Fine art editing may be applied to your session images at any time, when your gallery is delivered or months/years afterward. I can edit to the individual style of the image or using one of the options below instead. This generally includes removing distractions in backgrounds, skin retouching, make-up if requested, clothing retouching, hair retouching, etc. Please discuss the goals for your image when reaching out.

$15 each edited image
For 1-4 edits. Results vary based on starting portrait and editing style chosen.
$12 each edited image
For 5-9 edits in one transaction using the same editing style on all images. Additional requests at a later time start their own transaction as editing is done in batches. Results vary based on starting portrait and editing style chosen.
$10 each edited image
For 10+ edits in one transaction using the same editing style on all images. Additional requests at a later time start their own transaction as editing is done in batches. Results vary based on starting portrait and editing style chosen.
Editing that MAY be included (depending on the file and edit selected):
Technical corrections – Exposure, white balance, etc.
Angle – Crop
Skin retouching – Acne, small blemishes, scratches, etc.
Eyes – Sharpening
Teeth – Whitening
Make-up – Enhancement
Skies – Clouds, light, rays, etc.
Background – Object and distraction removal. Added texture.
Color change – Objects and physical features
Etc.
Editing that is NOT INCLUDED unless it is shown in the example edit:
Compositing – Complete background changes – Fantasy Edits – Creature or Prop addition – Adding People – Removing people covering body parts causing crucial parts of the image to be missing. For this type of work, please see the compositing page under pricing. Most background changes shown above are the addition of a texture with color, not a change of scene or location, like outdoor to indoor.
When submitting your editing requests, please be specific. Only, original requests will be honored in the initial editing fee. Your file will be delivered in a proofing gallery after completion. You will be able to view the file prior to download. The proofing gallery will only be e-mailed to the e-mail formerly submitted when purchasing the edits. Downloading the file establishes that the product has been accepted by the Client. Upon downloading all sales are final, and the client agrees that the product and service has been delivered. Also, due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available after the edited file has been downloaded. Download of the digital file releases Casi Ann Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Casi Ann Photography from any obligation to maintain copies. Any further corrections will require an additional fee.
Turnaround times vary.
Generally,individual files have a guaranteed turnaround time of 1 day-4 weeks. Edits and all work are completed in the order they are received. Please allow additional time for multiple files/purchases. The studio is always closed on Saturdays and Sundays are generally session days. Any other closures or delays will be shared. All e-mails are checked in the AM on non-holiday open weekdays in the order they are received. Submissions in the afternoon or evening will be received the following open business day.
Finally, you may only submit images you or I have taken. Do not submit the work of another photographer without their written consent.
