I always enjoy catching up with this family. I’ve been photographing them since their maternity session. They came back in for this little cutie’s 2nd birthday session. She has such a big personality. I love it. So much spunk. Their outfits had the perfect pop of color against the brown background. (Ingleside Illinois Birthday Photographer)

The difference in facial expressions between the picture above and the picture below gets me every time. Too funny.

It makes me so happy when kiddos find something that makes them happy in the studio. This swing definitely got some silliness to come out. There are a variety of props that can be used for more candid images for littles that have other plans than a posed photo shoot. That’s most toddlers. So we aim for a variety of candid and posed portraits.

She was absolutely precious with this floral backdrop too.
